Moving to Toronto

I should be graduting next year and I am looking for a new challenge in life. I went to Toronto last month and I am very interested in moving there. What is the best way of obtaining a job along with a work permint? What are some ot the salary ranges for banking/finance?

Thanks in Advance

i can tell you finance jobs are very competitive in Toronto. So unless you are an MBA graduate from US, I think it would be close to impossible to get a job in Toronto without Canadian experience. UNLESS you are indian and are willing to lowball yourself. I think you could get a job at Scotia, they get cheap labour to fill positions. If I were you I would try to somehow to get in contact with the Recruiting Manager for Retail Banking there - she is indian and likes to get more of them in the bank. Sorry for being so honest but I am saying it like it is. Maybe someone else has a different opinion.
