I haven't seen any new talent at work for a while. We use to have consultants come in once in a while and contractors, students, temps ect. But nothing for a while.
We have had some new ladies but they cant be called talent. I see some run down women who look tired as if have been working for days. Come on women dress up and look presenable.
isee all these women with trouser suits etc. Put some effort in wax those legs and get those mini skirts out, its nearly summer.

There was one manager where I done my internship who had two assistants. Everyone use to say how busy is he or how much work does he do that he requires two assistants.
He claimed he needed them as they worked in shifts. One worked a couple of days a week and the other worked the remainder. Or when he worked really late, it allowed one to go home and the other to do the late shift.
