With IB hours, how do you find time to perform intimacy? By 12am, I am totally exhausted. Sometimes, I cannot even get it up. I'm not trolling here. This is a legitimate question. How do you all handle it? My girlfriend has a high sex drive, and I struggle.

Start caring less about work just enough so you can prioritize exercise. Similar to above advice, get a pull up bar and one of those push up boards. When you WFH you get 200 push ups / 200 squats / 50 pull ups in a day every day no excuses. 10k steps a day no excuses. You can say you don’t have time for a full routine but the beautiful thing about calisthenics is that you can do it anywhere, for free.
Your sex drive will improve the more jacked you feel - it’s quite simple. I notice a difference when I’m working out consistently in my sex drive vs. when I feel like a slob after skipping a week, it’s palpable.
