N.Y. AG declares DraftKings, FanDuel illegal gambling, not fantasy

now illegal in NY, among other states. i foresaw this happening eventually

question for you guys is - if horse racing gambling can be legal, how can they say these are illegal? gambling

i haven't played in any of these yet but f i hear about them every day (sorry for posting about them an adding gas to the fire), so sick of hearing ads for them... have been muting espn/nfl commericals more than ever
