NY Intern Summer Housing Timeline 2024
As the title suggests I'm looking for a place to stay in Manhattan over the summer. I know there are NYU dorms and people post things on Facebook but I was curious when I should be actively looking for housing. Some people have said 1-2 months before the internship and others have said right now. Just trying to make sure I'm not sleeping on the sidewalk in my suit. Would greatly appreciate any insight.
As early as possible. Gives you the most time to find a good option and get moved in/route to office figured out and practiced

There's this group on LinkedIn called NYC Housing. I joined and signed my sublease not long ago. It's pretty darn good since everyone must be verified before joining, so scam rate is lower. Just my 2 cents.
