Ignore the Dealbreaker-esque title but has anyone taken a look at the WARN notices on the Department of a Labor website: https://labor.ny.gov/app/warn/
It is pretty crazy just how many are being filed per day. Mostly hotels and restaurants thus far but it’ll only be a matter of time before non-hospitality sector listings hit. Are these required for every company with a at least 50 ft employees or only certain business types?
