NYC Pre-Employment Drug Test for THC

Incoming SA at a major PE firm in NYC. I took my pre-employment drug screen today which was an 8 panel + ECS + Heroin. I took one bong rip 12 days ago and before that, I had tested clean for a few weeks although I smoked a couple of joints the 6 days before the bong rip. I bought some home drug-test for THC and have tested negative 10+ times for over a week now including this morning before the test. I've also been naturally detoxing with juices, drinking lots of water, and otherwise eating healthy to try and make sure I was as clean as possible. I'm very lean and have a high metabolism and I'm also a medical patient in California.

However, I'm still worried. Does anybody have experience with pre-employment drug testing in NYC,  particularly in finance, as of recent? I know that NYC passed a law that generally banned pre-employment drug screening the summer of last year, but I can't help but worry.

Are PE and IB firms still testing for marijuana, and if so are they exempt from the law? My 8-panel didn't make any mention of marijuana not being tested so I'm not sure. Are they still allowed to test for it, but not use it as a basis to rescind my offer?

Not sure if I'm overreacting or not I just don't want to lose this opportunity. I also believe the at-home test are accurate as they have good reviews, test at the same 50 ng/ml threshold as the labs, and I've tested them on my friends, but obviously not 100% sure.  All responses are appreciated.

Never happened.

Testing for weed is banned in New York and has been for nearly 2 years. The only exceptions are safety related, like people on construction sites, pilots, police officers etc. Definitely no IB/PE exception. Do not worry about it at all.

People should be given a bonus for testing positive for THC.
