NYC Roommate

Hi all,

My roommate and I are currently looking for someone to move in full time with us starting August 1st. Our apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bath located near Madison Square Park and Park Avenue conveniently located a few minutes from Subway stations, grocery stores, gyms, etc. The room we are looking to fill is the master bedroom, comes with it’s own private bathroom and most importantly has NO brokerage fees associated with moving in. The kitchen has updated appliances, a spacious dishwasher, and the building has laundry machines located right next door. My roommate and I have really enjoyed our time in this apartment over the last 2 years and are looking forward to getting a new roommate. Please feel reach out with any questions!
