NYC Roommate Needed (Late April/Early May 2015)

Just accepted an offer in NYC and I'm looking to move into an apartment late April or early May. All of my friends in NYC are mid-lease, and I don't want to live in a studio, so I'm SOL unless I actually manage to find one on WSO. PM me if you're interested.

Key details below:

Me: I'm a mid- to late- 20's non-smoking Caucasian male, from DC suburbs originally, and moved to DC after graduation. Senior analyst, probably will apply to business schools in the fall. Like to booze pretty aggressively during the weekend but live like a Buddhist monk during the week. Fairly neat but not OCD

Location: Open to anywhere that's above FiDi and below (or near-below) Mid-Town. Right now leaning towards Murray Hill/Gramercy/East Village area, but very flexible. My office is just above Grand Central Station.

Budget - under $1,400/person would be wonderful. $1,500-$1,600 is what I'm expecting. Above ~$1,750 is probably a no-go.

PM me if interested/want to set up a phone call or anything. If you PM me and don't hear back from me, post a message in this thread so I can give my contact info, as I haven't been getting PMs in my WSO inbox (some kind of glitch with the site I guess).
