NYC Summer roommate $1650 Budget
Looking for a third roommate to live with me and my friend during our SA gigs.
Very nice apt 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Upper east side block away from subway and bus. Grocery stores and fancy restaurants round the corner and 5 blocks from Central Park.
Rent would come out to around 1500 - 1700 a month including utilities.
We want to sign ASAP and landlord requires a 5k upfront payment to secure apartment.
