Only 5% of Americans get enough fiber. Do you get enough fiber?

According to consumer research, the public is aware of the benefits of fiber and most people believe they consume enough fiber. However, national consumption surveys indicate that only about 5% of the population meets recommendations, and inadequate intakes have been called a public health concern.”
Are you getting enough fiber? Honestly, I make an effort during the week to get a lot of fiber. On weekdays, I often eat 2 heads of Romaine lettuce, which is 13g of fiber each, with the recommended daily fiber of 25-30g per day. I also eat a variety of other foods with fiber as well.
I just recently got back on the fitness/nutrition horse, on Jan 1 2024. Cheers.
I have a smoothie in the morning with a lot of fiber - spinach, flaxseed and other stuff after I work out
