Outstanding Share and Determining public comps outliers

Can the number of outstanding shares of two company operating in similar market be same? I am looking for outliers in Public comps and the market cap of a company say xyz is +500 mn where as the market cap of remaining (9) companies in the comp set are below 200 mn. The primary reason of high EV of the company xyz is its share price which is trading at +$120 whereas the other companies are trading at max $80. So, it fair to say high price leading to higher market cap and EV, which results in high EV/Revenue multiple than its competitors.
