Just pointing out that NFL players in PE are not the craziest thing. I've worked with an ex-Eagles player, too. Not all athletes are braindead...

It's a pretty well-known fact that Steve Young has been in PE for a few years following his JD at BYU post-NFL retirement. He was at Soresnson Capital. No surprise that Huntsman Gay is hiring a fellow NFL player.
Just by reading the bios of these guys it looks like Huntsman Gay is huge into hiring Mormons. Quick - convert!
Most Mormons in banking come from BYU, a school that does a pretty good job of grooming IBD analysts. Nothing wrong on that front. Their religious beliefs, however, are... well, I don't need to explain.
