Patriot's Punter Interns with Private Equity Firm in the Offseason

Pretty interesting, I would say being an athlete definitely helped in his case.

Okay, I did. So what?

Honestly, though, you guys are missing the coolest part of the story. The guy's name is ZOLTAN.

Umm...Steve Young?

Just pointing out that NFL players in PE are not the craziest thing. I've worked with an ex-Eagles player, too. Not all athletes are braindead...

"Intern in the Office of Communications at the White House."

"I can calculate the motion of heavenly bodies but not the madness of people"

It's a pretty well-known fact that Steve Young has been in PE for a few years following his JD at BYU post-NFL retirement. He was at Soresnson Capital. No surprise that Huntsman Gay is hiring a fellow NFL player.

Just by reading the bios of these guys it looks like Huntsman Gay is huge into hiring Mormons. Quick - convert!

Hi, Eric Stratton, rush chairman, damn glad to meet you.

I'd do it. Nothing wrong with Mormons

Sorenson and pretty much every other SLC PE shop is known to hire Mormons.

Most Mormons in banking come from BYU, a school that does a pretty good job of grooming IBD analysts. Nothing wrong on that front. Their religious beliefs, however, are... well, I don't need to explain.

Oh, and having fun with them in group outings is a bit of a chore. Not one sip of caffeine or alcohol makes Joseph Smith Jr. a dull boy.
