Hey guys,
I need help. I just finished my PE internship at a north american firm and will be receiving a full time 1st year analyst offer within the next week!
I have read a lot about BB and MM firms salaries but I work at a growing small boutique and don't know what base to expect. (about 100 M combined revenue).
Is anyone else in the same situation? What are your thoughts?

Your post is a little confusing.
You interned at a private equity firm or a boutique investment bank? PE firms generally aren't referred to as boutique, they are usually referenced with respect to their fund size or AUM (assets under management)... i.e., $500m fund, or $800m AUM. Is this what you mean by $100 million of combined revenue?
