We used to be able to get between 10 - 20 people in the chat room every now and then when someone made a post that they were in there looking to talk. Nowadays we seem to float around 10, so I suspect expanding the chatroom would be a worthwhile endeavor.
Because there is a cap...more people can't join if they wanted to.
