Planning a Miami Bachelor Party

Ok, I'm trying to plan a bachelor party for 9 guys including myself in Miami. The main thing I need to figure out is how best to cheaply find everyone a residence. We'll be staying there Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, and it will probably be in September. Anyone have any experience renting a house vs. getting hotel rooms?

Not enough info. We need to know what you want to do while there.

The Shore Club looks nice but it might be a little pricy. Anyone have any experience with the Clevelander? It seems to have good reviews and we could get 3 rooms with 3 guys each, in addition to having a pool/ bar area that seems very nice.

As far as what we'll do Tony Snark, I would say lounge at the hotel, go to the beach, go to a few of the clubs, even though I've heard it's very hard with 9 guys to get in. Maybe do a strip club, but nothing too wild.
