Playing the Native American card

I know all about my heritage can speak our language know the dances and rituals ect... but quite honestly, I don't feel right using this to my advantage. Ya, I struggled growing. I didn't have great teachers or a golden network, but all it took me to overcome was a few YouTube videos and Khan Academy classes plus networking I should do anyway. Yes, other kids had a head start on me, but It really isn't that hard to overcome. Why should I get this massive advantage? Idk what does everyone think? Should I use diversity recruiting or not?

Edit: For clarity, I am talking about IB recruitment.

Very, very few banks offer diversity programs for native americans or count them as diversity. Only women, hispanics, and african american get the benefit for the most part.
