Poetry

Novels have been discussed on this forum but poems less so; I think both are crucial to the existence of intellectual thought and self-reflection in any society, and it's sad seeing so many people forego complex texts for the same banal Twitter fights. With that being said, what are your favorite poems/who are your favorite poets? I'm partial to William Butler Yeats, A.E. Stallings, Seamus Heaney, e e cummings; also can never go wrong with a few of Shakespeare's sonnets.

I should read more poetry.  But my favorite poem is Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night by Dylan Thomas. And my favorite poet is probably Robert Frost. I’m also going to read Prometheus Unbound by Percy Bysshe Shelly soon. Any other recommendations?
