I'll start.
1: Democrats (all of them), but if I must narrow it down, it's got to be Kucinich, Obama or Pelosi.
2: I haven't really kept tabs on d-bag Republican congressmen, but I'm sure some exist.
Just like NoTears, I don't know much about any "d-bag" Republicans. Pelosi, Schumer, and Barney Frank would top my list of Democratic Douchebags though. In fact, just make that Schumer. From wanting less regulation so that NY will still be the international center of finance to wanting more regulation (spurred by sub-prime "crisis") just a month later.
