Post-Banking Vacation Inspiration

Leaving banking this summer and will have ~5-6 weeks to travel before going to my next job, and am thinking about taking two ~2-week trips. Was originally looking at Japan and the surrounding area for one of them, but the Olympics are making that exceedingly difficult to plan. Curious what others have done for their break before the buyside - could be broad recommendations, could be awesome specifics you got to experience, anything - would love to hear everyone's best travel stories
