Pre-Analyst Trip

Hey everyone,

I'm going to be graduating the end of May and starting as an analyst sometime in July so I have pretty much all of June off and want to take a trip w/ a bunch of guys. It can be in US, Europe, anywhere.

Any ideas as to places to visit? Did you guys/gals go on a trips/tours before you started work?

Any ideas/tips/ways as to how to do it on a tight budget?

Thanks!

Most people I know did a whirlwind Eurotrip style vacation. Find 6 places in Europe you want to goto, get the student rate rail pass (its a physical pass so get it a while ahead of time). Collect a few friends and go nuts.

Personally, I just did the British Isles, and drank a ton. Didn't feel like I could experience enough in any given country by trying to do all of Europe.

You can get the Eurrail pass as an American in Europe...don't bother with getting it here. Too much hassle.

Rock up to Amsterdam Centraal Station and go to the Eurrail office located next to the Burger King on Platform 1...

Enjoy it.
