Productive ways to kill time?

Currently interning and finding myself with some free time. Wanted to know some productive ways to spend it. I currently listen to podcasts so any recommendations would be great. Can't really watch videos because I have to seem productive at the workplace.

Listening to relevant business-related podcasts while working out. Health is #1 amigo, might as well learn while you're getting in shape.

"The obedient always think of themselves as virtuous rather than cowardly" - Robert A. Wilson | "If you don't have any enemies in life you have never stood up for anything" - Winston Churchill | "It's a testament to the sheer belligerence of the profession that people would rather argue about the 'risk-adjusted returns' of using inferior tooth cleaning methods." - kellycriterion

I've done both, totally up to what you want to be learning about

"The obedient always think of themselves as virtuous rather than cowardly" - Robert A. Wilson | "If you don't have any enemies in life you have never stood up for anything" - Winston Churchill | "It's a testament to the sheer belligerence of the profession that people would rather argue about the 'risk-adjusted returns' of using inferior tooth cleaning methods." - kellycriterion

Not if you're a real big dick sigma male Bateman-esque psychopath as every aspiring PE intern obviously is. If you really want those gains though you listen to pure white noise on blast with intermittent rain and forest sounds to evoke your inner beast.

This is nerdy, but you could also do internal (or external) networking.  When I was an intern, I made it my goal to have two networking chats per week.  This was do-able enough that it wasn't a huge burden, but over the course of a 10 week internship, it really pays off (20+ conversations) and shows you've got hustle

I love listening to educational podcasts and forgetting about them the next day. 10/10 great education.

Lately I've been getting into the immortality game. I'm plugged into David Sinclair's podcast during my workouts. He gives some nice tips on how to extend your life expectancy to 150 years. Good talk for those of us who don't plan on dying this century.
