Question about Lyft and background check.

I have been working for Lyft for more than 2 years. I passed my driving exam through safety holdings Inc for having my license more than 10 years and I have an excellent driving record. They periodically do background checks and in September 2023, they deactivated my account because of it. My report has retained theft, and trespassing on me, from august 2013. As Lyft states, they check background for the last 7 years. Considering all the circumstances I have two questions:

1. Why did they start to report my criminal records again? 2 years ago when I was applying for this job, the records were not reported.
2. Can I reactivate my account? https://www.lexinter.net/how-to-reactivate-your-lyft-driver-account/ As I see here, it’s possible, but I’m not sure if I need assistance during the process or not.
