Quote function for OP still not fixed

I'm on Windows using Chrome and there is still not a quote function for the OP. Seems like a major part of the site that is missing. To respond to individual questions or parts of an initial post is helpful to all. It also doesn't work on iPhone Safari, but it does work on the iPhone WSO App which I never use.
