After family and health, wealth and prestige trump all. For men, once you're past a certain age, looks don't matter as much in terms of attracting women. The high school/college social hierarchy whereby the best looking guys and jocks got all the attention get inverted as the geeks start going to prestigious schools and getting kickass jobs that pay great money. With this comes increased social confidence, a sense of bravado, that women find extremely attractive.
So Brady, which of the types are you, in all seriousness, I'm very curious.
I'm a geek who is in really good shape and likes sports. But I'm introverted and don't like being around people whose entire social lives revolve around big 10 football or the cubs and bears. The Chicago social scene has been quite disappointing in that regard, and it's one area where I think NYC is better since the latter has more interesting people from all walks of life. I'm not as nearly as wealthy as I would like to be, but hopefully I will get there in due time. In terms of prestige, I went to pretty good schools but not quite what I wanted. I'll leave it at that.
