I was curious if anyone had info about New York's law banning marijuana pre-employement tests as it relates to REITs.
The law contains several exemptions (allowing marijuana pre-employment tests) for jobs where the federal government is involved. Specifically, I'm wondering if any of these exemptions might apply due to the company's REIT structure or their receiving of COVID relief. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Or just have some self control and stop smoking pot!?
