Hi all, vp 1 in Asia now looking to move to London. Heard market is picking up there, is it possible to apply online and have a realistic shot or do you need a capable recruiter to help out? Is it worth flying there to network? Conscious at best there maybe 2-3 banks with an opening at a specific time at a specific team so not sure if it is worth it.
