Rent in London For Analysts 2023

How much are you all paying in 2023 for rent in London? Can you please include which area you live in, what type of housing (room share, 1 bed flat, studio, etc.), and what tube lines are near you? Trying to find housing that's within a decent budget. Thanks!

From talking with friends most people fall between 1200 and 1500 per month. That’s around a quarter of your pretax monthly income so it’s not bad

Any good places to find value in 2025? Would appreciate any general pointers on places with good quick links to the city.

Specifically I’m looking for a 3 bed below £3500 including all council tax and bills….

The only way you're going to find anything even close to this is in East or South London (edge of Zone 2 probably) with a 10+min walk to the nearest station.

Stratford/canning town for example would fit these parameters. Stratford especially has great transport links. But you have to live in Stratford/Canning Town.

You could also probably find something in Clapham, but not close to a station. And you have to deal with commuting from Clapham, which I hear is hellish.
