What do you think about college resident assistants (the ones who write kids up for drinking)? Do you think this helps/hurts an applicant?
The only reason I ask is because I've read a lot on here about the camaraderie in banking/finance, so part of me thinks they could be percieved as a buzz-kill type. Curious what you all think.

Out of the 15 or so RA's that I knew in college, I could stand being stuck at an airport with one of them.
That's what I'm saying. I get that it's decent leadership and responsibility, but do you really want to be working alongside those people for 8+ hours a day?
