I dont think he meant to hit Harden in the head, so perhaps he didnt make much of it until Ibaka came at him. The intent with the elbow was clear but debatable where he wanted to hit him. Body hit most likely.
That said, real cheap shot. Wouldnt throw him out, as bringing in guns to locker rooms is up there too, but 10-15 games suspension easy. If LA get bounced out, probably his last game.
