roommate in the financial district for 10 month lease

Hey All,
I am looking to move out my apt in the financial district by July 1st, 2014 and would love to find an amazing person to take over the 10 months remaining on the lease.

A little bit about the apt: Studio apartment converted to 2 bed flex with laundry in amazing luxury building on Wall st. with a full gym, basketball court and rooftop for the building. The flex walls are all the way up to the ceiling from three years ago and essentially you have your own private room! Light breakfast available in the lounge M-F. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom with marble counter tops and woodfloors. Close to many of the subway lines and taxis are always available.

Roommate: Female in early 30's, from Florida and works in accounting. She is super friendly, very clean and respectful. We are looking for someone who is the same. She also is quite social but works long hours so we are looking someone who is willing to share a nice, quiet, comfortable place to come home to.

Application: 10-month co-sign lease, application fee to building management, looking for an to apply as soon as possible someone with good credit history or can gather their papers very quickly. First and last month required, and transfer fee of $500. NO BROKER FEE!

Move in date: July 1st, 2014.

If interested please send me an email with some information about yourself or a link to your facebook page and I can arrange a viewing as soon as possible in the evening or on the weekend. I hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks!
