FYI downtown Houston & Dallas are like ghost town after biz hours, unwalkable, and can be pretty sketchy.

Worst city ever when I visited my sister out there. Depressing and hot! Driving there is garbage too.

Would highly recommend looking at the heights instead of downtown, midtown is hit or miss if you’re wanting somewhere closer to downtown.
