There's a good reason cardio bunnies are some of the biggest baddies in any gym. They can just keep going...

Running is one of the ultimate disciplines. Anyone who has been running when they really don't "feel like it" and push through it anyways understands.

If she’s Catholic, just pop the question and be done with it. Did you say you’re turning 40 this year? You don’t want to be that old dad confused for a grandpa after you have half a dozen kids.

Strongly disagree, and this is from someone who has run Boston

Running is simpleton activity to get into. Very accessbile, very easy. Compared to body building, more intensive competitions like iron man, technical sports like golf, it's stupid easy to become proficient at. You dont need much in terms of knowledge, equipment, or even time unless you are a distance specialist. You dont even need to diet hard core either

Hobby jogging aka 98% of runners is the de facto 'i have no idea what Im doing' with fitness. 

If you run ultras, compete in more technical running events, have elite speedwork, etc. thats more impressive.
