Absolutely agree. Have been spending hours in the park every week since I moved to New York. My favorite part of the city by far and it’s free. Went for a 7 mile stroll yesterday around North Woods and the Ravine. Beautiful park. Plus it's so easy to grab a Citi bike and get around without worrying about cars.
Yeah the Citi bikes are a nice addition to the city.

Native New Yorker here. Love running around the reservoir(10+ years ago), and cycling around the big loop. Isiah is right, crazy energy, Prospect Park isn't even close.
BUT where i difffer is eff CitiBikes. Those things are an abomination.
As a cyclist, prospect is very much back after the recent repave. Generally less tourists and crowds than CP. That said, I spend most of my mornings or late evenings in Central Park and could not be more grateful to have it. On pace to hit 1k loops of the park this year.
