Scam Internship/Trading Institute

Seen several posts relating to scam internships/trading programs.  I have been taken for a 'nice' ride by one of these places myself when I was starting out and did not know any better. 

Even considered taking legal action to recoup my money back but hesitant as seems would work better if done collectively as a group, as opposed to an individual and frustratingly don't have any fellow students contact details.

Has anyone sought to recover the funds and have you been successful? There is a lot of protection it seems for consumers and mis-sold services & credit card charge back.

I don't really have any  qualms in taking back money from people who grossly misled me  and as I understand, it is not enough that they simply delivered the service, it has to be what you were led to believe it was. 

Interested to know if anyone else feels the same and maybe we can take some action of getting our money back? The lists are helpful for the speculators amongst us to understand the simple fact - Don't Do It. Caveat Emptor!
