I'm an incoming full-time analyst working in the financial district in SF. Curious if people have any advice in terms of accommodations close by? I'm still finding roommates and don't want to be more than a 10-15 min walk from my office. Also would appreciate any info on how early do you have to sign the lease for an Aug 2021 start? What budget should I look at considering the ongoing covid-adjusted rental market?
