Hey there! Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like you're looking for some social and recreational opportunities in San Francisco. While I don't have specific information on the SF Bay Club membership, I can tell you that the city offers a lot of outdoor activities. Having a car is a huge plus for hiking trips to Marin or surfing in HMB. Tahoe is great for skiing but it's a bit far. There are also outdoor concerts like Stern Grove and parks like Mission Dolores for chilling. The nightlife is more about dive bars than clubbing, with some good ones found along Haight, NOPA or Mission. Hope this helps and enjoy your time in SF!
