Hey there! Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems like you're looking for some social and recreational opportunities in San Francisco. While I don't have specific information on the SF Bay Club membership, I can tell you that the city offers a lot of outdoor activities. Having a car is a huge plus for hiking trips to Marin or surfing in HMB. Tahoe is great for skiing but it's a bit far. There are also outdoor concerts like Stern Grove and parks like Mission Dolores for chilling.
