Soccer related projects

Hello guys! I was looking for ways to stand out during resume screening and recruitment in general and, in my understanding, people that do this do it in 2 ways: have a deep passion for something or are extremely good at something. Since I don't believe I'm a genius in anything, I thought about starting some personal project about soccer (or football, however you like to call it), which is a sport I'm absolutely in love with since I was like 4.

Do you guys have any ideas about something I could do that unites finance and soccer + could be useful for recruitment/gives something to talk about in interviews? Thanks a lot in advance!

You want to write about soccer instead of playing soccer? Who are you, the Moneyball of soccer?
