Asteroid mining

This is the most interesting to me. Natural resource companies will need a shit ton of new capital to mine asteroids combined with an entire supply chain ecosystem just to get those minerals back to Earth/space stations. It's a project financing puzzle x 10000, as there are way more variables and your time horizon is even longer since you have to travel through space and you have to be able to structure a financial product that meets those cash flows. Still a long time till we get there though.
