Need to get smarter on the chemical makeup of Spidey’s webbing but iirc, the adhesive properties in a spiders web is quite strong. It may be troublesome for those with heavy glass to remove.
No, in the comics, canonically, Spiderman's webbing dissolve after a day or so. That's because he creates his webbing that way, maybe to be more environmentally friendly. That's why he always webs crooks up in a quickie and reassures them that it'll wear off - just enough for the cops to arrive

Yeah hearing about older facades in cities like NYC falling apart occasionally, I think it could be problematic if he were to grab a loose piece.
