Depends on the exterior material. I feel like webbing could be easily cleaned off glass or steel, but a stucco-like exterior could be damaged far more easily. 

Also, if future readers are wondering what the real estate world looked like in November/December 2023, it is the middle of the day on a work day and I am responding to Spiderman theoreticals on an internet message board.

No, in the comics, canonically, Spiderman's webbing dissolve after a day or so. That's because he creates his webbing that way, maybe to be more environmentally friendly. That's why he always webs crooks up in a quickie and reassures them that it'll wear off - just enough for the cops to arrive
