Sports Betting

Anyone else love sports betting? I'm sure there are lots of fans here. I've only been betting for a few months, made some money, but lost even more. Looking to see if anyone has specific strategies they have when expecting to make money.

For me:

1. I only bet on teams and sports I know. I am a big fan of 1 NFL and 1 NBA team. I study stats and watch many games, and bet on these teams.

2. I make large parlays with very likely legs. I will combine 5-15 legs with basically nothing less likely than -150 odds. Can often hit the smaller ones, usually miss the larger ones by 1-2 legs.

If I'm just betting for fun, I'll throw a few bucks on something random (darts, table tennis, etc.) or I'll make a crazy parlay to see if I can hit something really big. Anyone have any strategies that seem to work well? Or any websites that have unique insights into props? I have looked at Manat Methods who did well for a while (5x money in 20 days) but has been losing recently.
