Started new role in FoF - have free time. Want to start a side business

Recently switched from IBD to a FoF team. It’s insanely easy and it’s WFH most of the week.

Took a decent pay cut but my hourly rate has probably tripled and I work 9-4 Monday to Friday I’d say and do a great job.

I want to work on a business which ideally is not technical (unless anyone knows a good dev willing to take equity), so service based and ideally outsourced to employees. I was thinking something like business advisory or lending advice for SMAs. Issue is these require my time and persona which 100% conflicts with my firms compliance.

Any other ideas and anyone looking to partner up on an opportunity?
