Stress and Snacks
We usually have a bunch of snacks laying around our office. Anytime I start getting stressed or really need to think about a deliverable I’m working on, I feel a massive urge to eat something lol
How do I limit this?? The amount of food I end up eating is just not healthy. Thankfully I workout enough where it hasn’t been an issue, but I know it isn’t sustainable or healthy.
So I'm prone to stress eating, what really helps is having protein for breakfast. Eggs, or 4oz piece of steak. Guaranty if you start your day with steak you will be full for most of the day. The trick is to be full of protein before you are really hungry.
Also nuts and beef jerky are good snacks. If you really have to peanut M&Ms
