I like it and it is in a good location. Only downside is certain parts are like a long walk to the Deli as the complex is so big. You can find other places in the EV with the Deli and cleaners next door.

parmesan123123 just said the same thing below. Stuytown hasn’t changed. Certain parts are just a bit of a walk to get to city life.

Don't live there but know people who do. They all really like it (It's a nice walkable area that's very safe). Doesn't really feel like you're in the city. Key is that depending on where you are in Stuytown you may be a bit of a walk from the train. Like if you live near E20th and Ave C it's a bit of a hike to the L train, while if you live near 14th street you're in a prime spot. Pricing does vary by location though.  

Wouldn't say it's affordable compared to the rest of the east village.
