So recently I acquired a factory/clothing manufacturing company somewhere that usually manufactures the mid tier-higher end custom lines for (think Hugo Boss customs not bespoke, custom jeans/dress shirt like Canali you name it) they manufactured before for Celine and I can get my hands on some really good craftsmen. I also got the materials too for making custom jeans and suits you name it.
TLDR: Do you mfs want custom suits for $500 each all handmade and same tier fabric as Purple Label, Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli? Thinking of starting a business here
You should look into custom streetwear/shoes, VERY big market with incredible amounts of incompetence in regards to your potential competition, waiting to be dominated. I'm actually very interested in the fashion industry, I feel that there is A LOT of opportunity given that most companies just copy each other and rarely if ever innovate.
Yes I feel that too you know but for streetwear is like you need to build a brand you know. I moved past that phase of Chrome Hearts hoodie after work to eat looking like a rag and tag washed up brat. I feel like suits and custom clothings like those grey tracksuits/linen pants at home aesthetic is more of a canvas for people to paint their personalities on.
Was actually in the market for a custom suit (no idea on the details yet) for my wedding, would be down to save a bit and grow your customer list
Wow thanks a lot man definitely. But problem is I am still doing some business ops research. Instead of like Brioni and Zegna where they fly out for custom suits. Was thinking if customers can send in their measurements by a professional tailor and have it made from here and sent back that would be better. Also for the fabric part still thinking of how to provide the customer that genuine feel and touch to select from.
