Need to be more specific. Park avenue stretches, friend.

Live in NYU dorms.. it was one of my best experiences I've had. Tons of college students, cheap living. And you get to meet people outside of banking (ergo there will be women).

You wouldn't walk from there. You can take the subway though very easily.. 6 train, it will take 15 minutes.

I'm always under the philosophy of live where you play.. and there is no "play" around 52nd and Park. It sucks there.

The times you do get to go out, you'll already be where you want to be to go out, so you'll be more likely to through on some non-work clothes and go downstairs for a beer. From the 50s you'd be cabbing and easier to punk out.

whatever you do - do NOT live anywhere through EHS housing. the quality of the accommodations is TERRIBLE, the management blows and it's absurdly expensive. CL yourself into a sublet.
