Summer Trip Recommendations

Hey all,

I'm looking into planning a trip this summer, preferably Europe and party focused. So far the options are

1) Ibiza
2) Split, Croatia (to hit up the Ultra Music Festival)

^these are really looking to run my wallet though so I'm looking for alternative ideas which would be similar, need beaches and clubs/concerts, what do you guys think?

I am going to Europe as well at the end of the summer. I will be going to London, Belgium (Bruge) and Amsterdam. Gonna be awesome.

You should go to San Tropez and Anzio in Italy

San Tropez is a good idea

Island hopping in Greece. With ~6000 different islands, it's bound to keep you occupied for quite some time. I personally recommend flying to Athens, doing some touristy stuff like checking out the Parthenon, then taking the train up to the cape town of Thessaloniki and setting sail from there.

What is the party atmosphere like around the cape? I like the idea of touring Athens.

Don't listen to anyone, everybody is scared.

My buddy and I did the Euro trip after we graduated. Planned on spending 5 days in Croatia, ended up spending 2 weeks between Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik. Loved it there. Absolutely stunning, relatively cheap, and the most beautiful women you will ever see. I don't think you'll have another opportunity in your life to chill in Croatia for an extended amount of time, so do it now.

We did Ibiza for 4 nights. Having said that, two or three nights is plenty.

What about Belgium? Tomorrowland's lineup is way better than Ultra.

good idea, I wonder if there are beaches in Belgium or I could hop over to Netherlands

Look into Malta and Gozo. Great party scene with lots of festivals and less played out than Ibiza. I've heard it's awesome in the summer, but I went last year the first week of September so I missed all the big name festivals and concerts. Nevertheless, Malta and Goza themselves are awesome in their own right for history, natural beauty, seafood, sick cliff jumping, and just having a good time. The nights we did go out on the populated side of the island there were still tons of clubs and bars raging till all hours of the morning. Also it's very reasonable compared to some other destinations in the Med.
