Props to that guy though. Not everyone can be as cut and defined as that dude, but most of our ailments arise when we let ourselves deteriorate. The simplicity of his work out routine is great also.

I will undoubtedly be more impressive physically than this guy at age 60. I'm guessing he knows next to nothing about clean dieting, testosterone profile, supplementation, etc.
Lou Ferrigno today at age 60 makes this guy look like a nothing special at all. (Ferrigno competed against Arnold in the 70's)

And despite the hate, this guy has managed to stay in this great of shape without having instant access (the internet) to the latest diets, workout routines, and supplements for the last 60 years.
This guy has maintained a healthy body without a team of PAs, doctors, nutritionists, trainers, etc. This isn't a comparison of him vs Ferrigno, it's an acknowledgment of what he's been able to accomplish with what he's got. He's more man than any of us will probably ever be.
