The "Freedom Ship" Floating City

I wounder how much fuel it would use. They say it could be built for 10 billion. It seems like it would cost a lot more.

What the Freedom Ship would look like from the side: With casinos, an airport and shopping centers, this floating city could be home to thousands of people.

Something like that is the perfect hideout for both real-life and wannabe James Bond characters.

It would be prefect for a Bond film.

I'm craving that film now. I bet there would be jetskies and attack dolphins and pretty ladies... maybe pretty mermaids..

Eh. Years before this happens. Probably need an economy like pre-2007 to make this happen.

Neat idea, though bit of a steep price to literally be separated from homeless folks and other plebes with a physical body of water. Will all these residents have jobs, or is this one of those 'death's waiting room' type places like the state of florida? I guess if people need to drop into a workplace they can always use those little helicopters.

Well... that was kind of a kick in the face to my ocean front estate dreams.
