Who’s, in your opinion, the next leader of the Tories? What impact will it have in Brexit, namely in a possible second referendum that was being supported by May?

Almost certainly Boris Johnson. Former mayor of London, his tenure as part of previous governments wasn't any better than May's performance. He's an able opportunist but lacks a clear vision, which is what the UK needs.
Given Farage's strong performance, you won't get a second referendum, but a no deal Brexit.

Boris Johnson is pathetic and probably the first in the line of succession. Hope anyone who comes manages to get passed a deal or at least a second referendum, but each time I am least certain of that outcomes.
Personally, I cannot understand May. She should have resigned some months ago, when the deal was declined and she did not appear to have the conditions to change the voting. Nonetheless, as she decided to move forward, she should have stayed and delivered the brexit the best way possible. It is a terrible idea to resign now, in my opinion, with such a reduced period of time until the final decision in October.
1) I don't agree with the idea that you can vote to leave a country (Scotland leaving the UK) or a "super country" (the UK leaving the EU) with a 51% vote. Breaking bonds of a union based on the whims of a slim majority seems un-republican to me. 2) OTOH, what is the purpose of a referendum if you lose and then can demand (or expect) a second vote? That seems incredibly un-democratic.
I can't believe that the UK (or any other EU country) didn't have an established methodology to vote to leave the EU already written into law. What an unbelievable oversight of the elected representatives.
